Visionary Empowerment was incorporated on October 6, 2010, in New York State. The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and skills training purposes to fulfill our callings, including:

• To promote capacity building and services that contribute to the economic empowerment of women and girls in particular, other vulnerable people and disadvantaged groups – including orphans and widows affected by HIV/AIDS, children and youth, the elderly, persons with disabilities, indigenous people, in Africa, United States and other countries.
• To break the cycle of poverty, gender inequality, injustice, and vulnerability to HIV/AIDS and non-communicable diseases by providing residents with access to education and knowledge, health services, life-skills, computer, business and entrepreneurship skills, and micro-finance services, especially in rural and underserved communities.
• To enhance the effective participation of poor women and girls, at risk youth and men, and other disadvantaged groups in democratic governance, development process and other levels of decision-making in Africa, United States and other countries.
• To help communities realize the United Nations Millennium and Sustainable Development Goals.
